"First time customer looking for auto repair service after moving to Watertown from Cambridge. Great experience right from the get go. Dave came out and asked what I needed... I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. Brought the app. book out to me and set up the appointment! That has never happened to me so I was impressed!! He also said they would check a number of other things as I had recently purchased the vehicle and this was my first service on it. Dave also listed the recalls and info I needed to get those taken care of at the dealership. I was very happy with my experience with them and would highly recommend them."
